David Hutchison was born in Prince George’s County, Maryland to Navy parents and grew up across the eastern seaboard. David received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Florida and attended law school at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
While in law school, David served as the Emory representative to the Executive Committee for the Privacy & Technology Section of the Georgia State Bar and was the Executive Managing Editor for the Emory International Law Review. David specialized in Intellectual Property and Corporate Transactional law as part of the TI:Ger certificate program that focuses on Innovation Start-up companies.
David presently resides in Fairfax, Virginia.
